Every archive, exhibition, municipal site, shop and app we build runs on repyx admin, a content platform we wrote ourselves and run on servers we configured. Here is what that means for you, and for the staff who will open it every morning.

02 — Storage
Storage that grows with the project
With most providers you buy a large storage package on day one and pay for empty space until you fill it. With repyx admin your project starts with the space it needs and gets more as the archive, the catalogue or the traffic grows. Less at the beginning, more as it develops, never a disk you don't use.
03 — Your staff
Your staff can run it
We don't want to be the only people who can update your site. So you get:
- 01a short video series on using the admin, made to be learned from in an afternoon rather than endured;
- 02help with the first uploads and with managing content, plus extra videos when a new question comes up;
- 03support that continues after launch. If you break something or can't see how a part works, we help and show you what happened.
The Tarisznyás Márton Museum approves every public upload to the Gyergyó archive itself. That is the level of independence we build toward.
A test server, so nobody builds the wrong thing
We don't want to do the work twice, and you don't want to receive something different from what we agreed. So you get your own test server, where you watch the project develop from the first screen and comment before anything is final.
Design: the easy way or the easier way
The easy way: choose from our ready-made templates. The easier way: we design something custom, you follow its progress on a dedicated server, and you comment as it takes shape.
04 — Why our own
Why we wrote our own.
WordPress and site builders are fine tools, and they run a large share of the web. Ours exists for a different job: archives, catalogues and public records that have to stay fast, secure and searchable for years, with one team answering for the whole stack, the code, the servers and the support. So we wrote it.
What we won't do: sell you storage you don't use, hand you code we didn't write, or go quiet after launch.
05 — Findable
Built for how people find things now
The Gyergyó Digital Archive, which runs on repyx admin, is organised by settlement, period, subject and photo type, in Hungarian, Romanian and English, with public uploads approved before publication. That is the kind of structure search engines and AI assistants can read, cite and send people to. A folder of scanned PDFs is not.
